By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages and/or phone calls from Jeff's #1 Mobile Notary Service, which may include appointment confirmations, service-related notifications, and marketing messages where applicable.  

                                                        

4. Chi Notary Mastermind LLC DBA Jeff's #1 Mobile Notary Service

This service sends appointment-related messages, including confirmations and reminders, to customers who have booked an appointment with CHI NOTARY MASTERMIND LLC DBA Jeff's #1 Mobile Notary Service through our website or scheduling system and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Messages will also include status updates and customer service communication.

                                                                              

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (312) 866-7781. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
