OPTION 1: FULL SERVICE (FLAT FEE)

This option covers the entire process from start to finish, regardless of how many trips are required.

INCLUDES:

  •  In-person notarization (standard method)

  • Apostille processing (up to 10 documents)

  •  1-day pre-check coordination with the Secretary of State

  • Document review before submission

  • Unlimited trips if required

OPTION 2: PER-VISIT PRICING
FIRST SERVICE VISIT

FIRST VISIT:

$200 – I travel to you (In-Person)

$150 – You come to me (In-Person)

INCLUDES:

  • Document intake

  • Notarization (in-person or coordination for RON setup if applicable)

  • Apostille submission

  • 1-day pre-check coordination with the Secretary of State

  • Document review

If apostille is completed during this visit, it counts as one full visit.

ADDITIONAL VISITS:

  • $75 per additional visit

REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATION (RON)

If in-person meeting is not possible or online notarization is requested, Remote Online Notarization (RON) is available.

 

RON is a separate notarization method that requires:

  • Secure online notarization platform

  • Identity verification process

  • Certified online notary session
